CHEESE WAFFLE AND SAUCE

FOR WAFFLE  0,20 lbs starch 0,09 lbs flour 1 packet of baking powder 0,11 lbs cheddar 0,28 lbs margarine 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon red pepper FOR SAUCE   1/4 parsley 0,40 lbs cream cheese 0,25 lbs feta cheese 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a bag 1 tablespoon of olive oil 3-4 cloves of garlic For waffles, first chop the cheddar in the robot, then mix the other ingredients well in the robot. Heat the waffle grill, spread the dough on the grill spoon by spoon and cook. For the sauce, chop the parsley in the robot, then add the garlic and feta cheese and chop, add the other ingredients and mix well.   ENJOY YOUR MEAL  

ORANGE CAKE

  4 eggs 4 coffee cups of flour 4 coffee cups sugar 2.5 coffee cups orange juice 1 orange zest 1 teaspoon of baking soda Beat the egg and sugar well. Add the orange juice and orange zest and then the flour and mix. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated medium temperature oven. After waiting for a while with the mold, transfer it to the serving plate.   ENJOY YOUR MEAL

LEMONCELLO

10 lemon 1,10 LBS granulated sugar 33,08 oz of water   Grate the lemons and put the zest in a large glass bottle or jar. Pour the vodka into it. Cover loosely and allow to infuse for a week at room temperature. After a week, combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Bring it to boil. Do not mix. Boil for 15 minutes. Let the syrup cool to room temperature. Strain into glass bottles and seal each bottle with a cork. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 2 weeks. Mix the vodka mixture with the syrup. Strain into glass bottles and seal each bottle with a cork. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 2 weeks. Place the bottled beverage in the freezer. When it's ice cold, serve in chilled vodka glasses or shot glasses.   ENJOY    

LEG OF LAMB WITH LEMON

1 whole leg of lamb 1 lemon salt, pepper Leave of Daphne Wash the leg well. Put the water in the pot. After sticking a few bay leaves on various parts of the meat, place the pot on a very light fire. Leave the lemon at the bottom of the pot. (There will be no more water left) The meat will be edible after 3-3.5 hours.   ENJOY YOUR MEAL  

SUMMER CAKE WITH LEMON

For the custard: 5 glasses of milk 3 tablespoons of starch 5 tablespoons of semolina  1 glass of sugar  1 packet of vanilla For sauce: Juice of 2 lemons 2 glasses of water Lemon zest 5 tablespoons of sugar 3 tablespoons of starch   For the pudding, mix all the ingredients except vanilla and cook by mixing on the stove, add the vanilla, turn it off and leave it to cool. When the first heat comes out, pour it into the mold and leave it to cool in the refrigerator. Put all the ingredients for the lemon sauce and whisk, then take it to the stove and mix it to cook. When it thickens, take it from the stove and spread it slowly over the pudding with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate until the sauce thickens and serve.     ENJOY YOUR MEAL  

BANANA FRITTER

  5 medium bananas 1 cup of flour 1 pinch of salt 1 egg and egg white 1 tablespoon of melted butter 1/2 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons rum or brandy For Frying: 3/4 cup flour 1 glass of oil 1/2 cup of powdered sugar Mix granulated sugar with rum and brandy. Cover the longitudinally and horizontally split bananas and leave them for 30 minutes. Sift the flour and salt and mix by adding 1 egg, melted butter and milk. Add the egg white to the snow and batter. Take the banana out of the sugar mixture, dip it in flour first, then in the batter you made and fry it. Take it on a paper napkin. Add powdered sugar on it and serve with a piece of banana slice.   ENJOY YOUR MEAL

SHRIMP IN OVEN (GAMBAS AL AJILLO)

2,2 lbs boiled and peeled shrimp 1 teaspoon of olive oil 4-5 cloves of garlic 2 hot red peppers (Cuçka pepper) Put olive oil, minced garlic and chuchka pepper in a baking dish and keep it in the oven heated to 392 degrees. When the oil starts to heat up, put the peeled shrimps and mix and increase the temperature of the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve while hot.   ENJOY YOUR MEAL
