ORANGE CAKE

 


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 coffee cups of flour
  • 4 coffee cups sugar
  • 2.5 coffee cups orange juice
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Beat the egg and sugar well. Add the orange juice and orange zest and then the flour and mix. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated medium temperature oven. After waiting for a while with the mold, transfer it to the serving plate.
