BANANA FRITTER
- 5 medium bananas
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg and egg white
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons rum or brandy
For Frying:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 glass of oil
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Mix granulated sugar with rum and brandy. Cover the longitudinally and horizontally split bananas and leave them for 30 minutes. Sift the flour and salt and mix by adding 1 egg, melted butter and milk. Add the egg white to the snow and batter. Take the banana out of the sugar mixture, dip it in flour first, then in the batter you made and fry it. Take it on a paper napkin. Add powdered sugar on it and serve with a piece of banana slice.
