LEG OF LAMB WITH LEMON



  • 1 whole leg of lamb
  • 1 lemon
  • salt, pepper
  • Leave of Daphne

Wash the leg well. Put the water in the pot. After sticking a few bay leaves on various parts of the meat, place the pot on a very light fire. Leave the lemon at the bottom of the pot. (There will be no more water left) The meat will be edible after 3-3.5 hours.
