SUMMER CAKE WITH LEMON
For the custard:
- 5 glasses of milk
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 5 tablespoons of semolina
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla
For sauce:
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 glasses of water
- Lemon zest
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of starch
For the pudding, mix all the ingredients except vanilla and cook by mixing on the stove, add the vanilla, turn it off and leave it to cool. When the first heat comes out, pour it into the mold and leave it to cool in the refrigerator. Put all the ingredients for the lemon sauce and whisk, then take it to the stove and mix it to cook. When it thickens, take it from the stove and spread it slowly over the pudding with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate until the sauce thickens and serve.
