Who says vegan recipes can be boring? Here's a great mushroom taco 😍 Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large skillet. Then add a medium-sized onion, diced, and fry it. After the onions turn pink, add 500 grams of washed and chopped mushrooms to the pan. Then add a teaspoon of salt and as much black pepper as you want. If you wish, you can also add thyme and chili powder. When the mushrooms are ready, divide into 5 tortillas. Top the mushrooms with as much canned corn, chopped lettuce and sliced ​​tomatoes as you like. CHICKEN WITH LEEK

Chop the chicken breast into medium sized cubes. Put the oil into a pot. When it gets hot add the onion cubes into it. When the carrot softens a little bit, add tomato paste and washed rice, and mix for a while. Finally add the leeks which are cut into 1-1.5 inch pieces.
