VEGAN MUSHROOM TACO
Who says vegan recipes can be boring? Here's a great
mushroom taco 😍 Add a tablespoon of
olive oil to a large skillet. Then add a medium-sized onion, diced, and fry it.
After the onions turn pink, add 500 grams of washed and chopped mushrooms to
the pan. Then add a teaspoon of salt and as much black pepper as you want. If
you wish, you can also add thyme and chili powder. When the mushrooms are
ready, divide into 5 tortillas. Top the mushrooms with as much canned corn,
chopped lettuce and sliced tomatoes as you like. If you wish, you can also
prepare a garlic yogurt sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons of almond yogurt with a
clove of grated garlic. It's that easy!
