OCTOPUS SALAD


  • 0,88 lb octopus
  • 1 medium onion
  • 0,33 lb pickles
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar

Wash the octopus and place it in a pan. Cover the pan and cook over a low heat until the octopus is tender.

The cooking time is approximately 1 hour and you should not add water as the octopus will release enough water during its cooking.

Drain the octopus and cut it into small pieces.

Peel and chop the onion.

Drain the pickles (cauliflower, cucumber and carrots) and cut them into small pieces.

Add oil and vinegar.
