Bacon flower burrito
- 8-10 puff pastry dough
- 8-10 times bacon
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 ad green bell pepper
- 1 glass of milk (grated)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
Chop the peppers into small cubes. Separate 8 slices from
the bacon and cut the rest into small cubes.
Put a pan on the fire, add olive oil, cook the peppers and bacon.
Make 8-10 triangles in puff pastry dough. Combine the
short-wide edges of the triangles with the pointed parts facing outwards and
form a star-shaped dough.
Put the pepper-bacon mixture you prepared in the middle of
the star and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on it. Place bacon slices on each arm
of the star and close the arms over the grout.
Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 356 degrees
for 20-25 minutes.
