Pork Ear Salad (Portugal)


  • 2 pig ears washed
  • 6 chopped garlic cloves
  • chopped coriander sauce
  • 1 cup of oil tea
  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • Coarse salt 

 In a pan of boiling water, season with a little salt and place the pig's ears to cook for 30 minutes.

After the ears are cooked, remove them to a platter and cut them into small pieces.

Place again on the platter and season with garlic, coriander to taste, oil and vinegar.

Stir everything and chill to taste for 3 to 4 hours.

Once cold it is ready to serve.
