Pork Ear Salad (Portugal)
- 2 pig ears washed
- 6 chopped garlic cloves
- chopped coriander sauce
- 1 cup of oil tea
- 1 cup of vinegar
- Coarse salt
After the ears are cooked, remove them to a platter and cut
them into small pieces.
Place again on the platter and season with garlic, coriander
to taste, oil and vinegar.
Stir everything and chill to taste for 3 to 4 hours.
Once cold it is ready to serve.
