Crispy Squid With Mineral Water (TURKEY)
- Squid
- 1 Bottle of Mineral Water
- 100 G Corn Flour
- Salt
- 1 Piece Lemon
For sauce:
- Walnut
- Breadcrumbs
- Mayonnaise
- Dill
Salt the squids and rub them for a while, then put them in mineral water and leave for 30 minutes.
Then strain and dip in cornmeal. Line the airfryer and bake at 358 degrees for 15 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Served with sauce and lemon.
