Chamchi Gimbap (Korea)

This gimbap (Korean rice roll) is made with canned tuna. While fillings may include other ingredients typically used in gimbap besides rice and fish, such as fresh or pickled vegetables, eggs, or fish cakes, tuna is usually mashed and then combined with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings.

The roll is traditionally wrapped in fried seaweed and served sliced into small, bite-sized pieces.
