Vegan Red Lentil Soup
- lentils - 0,55 lb, red
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- paprika - 1 teaspoon
- garlic - 3 cloves
- salt - optional
- thyme - 1 tablespoon
- tomatoes - 0,22 lb
- sunflower oil - 7 tablespoons
- Water
Finely chop the onion, carrot, garlic.
Boil the onions and carrots until soft.
Add lentils and other ingredients.
Cook for 10-15 minutes. When ready, pass it through the
rondo.
