Vegan Red Lentil Soup

 


  • lentils - 0,55 lb, red
  • onion - 1 pc
  • carrot - 1 pc
  • cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt - optional
  • thyme - 1 tablespoon
  • tomatoes - 0,22 lb
  • sunflower oil - 7 tablespoons
  • Water

Finely chop the onion, carrot, garlic.

Boil the onions and carrots until soft.

Add lentils and other ingredients.

Cook for 10-15 minutes. When ready, pass it through the rondo.
