Low-Carb Protein Bread



For dough:

  • egg - 1 pc
  • egg white - 2 pcs
  • sour cream - 0,044 lb
  • strained yogurt - 0,044 lb
  • flax flour - 0,022 lb
  • oat bran - 0,011 lb

For the garnish:

  • avocado
  • smoked salmon
  • tomatoes
  • seed - (or other products optional)

Whisk the egg and egg whites in a bowl.

Add other products to them, mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and transfer to a small bowl or box.

Put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes (optionally you can also cook the mixture in the oven).

When the mixture is cooked and your bread is ready, take it out and slice it into several thin slices.

Finally, garnish low-carb protein bread slices with garnishes as desired.
