BACON BOWL


  • 24 slices of bacon
  • 2 phyllo dough
  • 0,55 lb each of feta cheese and cheddar cheese
  • 2-3 green peppers
  • 2-3 tomatoes, 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Mix diced feta cheese, cheddar cheese, diced green pepper, diced tomatoes, egg whites and chili flakes. Place the dough in a heatproof portioned glass bowl. Cut a circle so that it hangs 1,96 inc from the edge. Then take out the phyllo in the glass bowl and cut the other phyllo in the same size. Place 2 pieces of dough on top of each other in a bowl. Put 2 pieces of bacon in a plus (+) shape and share from the cheese filling. Prepare the remaining dough pieces and the filling in the same way in glass containers. Whisk the remaining egg yolk and brush it over the hanging parts of the phyllo pieces. Bake in a preheated 352 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
