Stuffed mushrooms with Bacon Cheese & Mozzarella


  • Mushrooms
  • Bacon (chopped)
  • Blue cheese cubes
  • Mozzarella
  • Cheddar (shredded)
  • Salt & pepper

First, let’s clean the mushrooms with water and then remove the stem (stalk) of each mushroom. (the stalk/stem is also editable)

Next, remove the underside of each mushroom with the help of a spoon. (as shown in our video)

Now let’s start filling those mushrooms caps.

First add salt & pepper and then 1 cube of blue cheese, chopped bacon and mozzarella. (do the same for the other mushroom caps)

 Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 570 F  for about 25 minutes.

After they are done, while they are still hot, add the shredded cheddar cheese.
