Stuffed mushrooms with Bacon Cheese & Mozzarella
- Mushrooms
- Bacon (chopped)
- Blue cheese cubes
- Mozzarella
- Cheddar (shredded)
- Salt & pepper
First, let’s clean the mushrooms with water and then remove
the stem (stalk) of each mushroom. (the stalk/stem is also editable)
Next, remove the underside of each mushroom with the help of
a spoon. (as shown in our video)
Now let’s start filling those mushrooms caps.
First add salt & pepper and then 1 cube of blue cheese,
chopped bacon and mozzarella. (do the same for the other mushroom caps)
After they are done, while they are still hot, add the
shredded cheddar cheese.
