Pork chop with Mushrooms & Vegetables
- Pork 35 oz
- Mushrooms 2-3
- Carrots 2
- Pepper 1
- Onion 1
- Garlic 1
- Oil
- Rosemary
- Salt & pepper
- Steak condiments
First take the carrots and cut them into large pieces and
them place them in a small bowl.
After that take pepper and dice it in large pieces, then
place in another bowl.
Next cut a few mushrooms and place in a bowl.
Now peel and cut an onion then place in a bowl.
After cut a garlic in large pieces.
Now finely chop the pork length and width, forming cubes so
that the vegetables can be placed between them.
Now put the pork chop in an oven dish and sprinkle the
veggies through the steak. In the end add rosemary sticks, steak condiments and
a few more drops of oil.
Cover it with aluminium foil and leave it in the oven for 30
minutes at 356 F .
