Poached Eggs with Avocado & Peppers Toast


 

  • Bread slices 6-8
  • Peppers 2
  • Avocado 2
  • Lime 1
  • Vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika powder

First, toast a few slices of bread in a grill pan.

Now boil water in a large saucepan and add vinegar & salt.

Next crack in the eggs and let them cook for about 2-3 minutes.

After that take out the eggs from the boling water and place them in an iced water bowl.

Now, cut an avocado into small cubes and then add them in a blender.

Add salt, oil and lime juice

Dice the peppers and add to a bowl

Add salt & pepper, olive oil & stir with a spoon

And now, place 2 slices of toast on dish

On top add avocado paste and even the surface with a spoon

Add the diced peppers and 2 poached eggs.
