  • 1,76 lbs Ogyeopsal (pork belly meat, with skin)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame oil (optional)
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • fresh lettuce leaves
  • garlic slices
  • onion slices
  • Kimchi


Marinate the Ogyeopsal slices with salt and pepper.

Cook the meat on a special stone or metal grill. Cook the meat on both sides until golden brown.

Wrap the cooked meat in fresh lettuce leaves.

Serve with garlic, onion and kimchi.
