Crispy Double Cheese Balls


  • Mozzarella
  • Cheddar
  • Eggs 5
  • Semolina
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil

First, in a large bown add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella and 1 cup of cheddar.

Next add 2 eggs, semolina and oregano and start mixing well.

Add pepper and mix a little more.

Beat 3 eggs with a fork and then add salt.

Now, using a spoon take some cheese mixture and turn it into a small round ball.

The balls are given in flour, beaten eggs and after that through the bread crumbs. Repeat the process.

Now fry the double cheese balls cooking oil.

After they’re done take the cheese balls out on a paper towel to drain the oil.

Goes best with spicy tomatoes sauce!
