CLOSED VEGETARIAN HAMBURGER
- 4 Slices of Puff Pastry
- 2 Burger vegetarian Meatballs
- 4 Slices Vegan Cheddar
- Black Seeds
- Rocket
- 1 Egg
Place cheese and arugula on the puff pastry. Add the meatballs. Add arugula and cheese again and cover with puff pastry again.
Clean the excess dough on the sides with a knife.
Then join the edges together. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin seeds.
Make a hole in the middle of the dough to let air in.
Place on the baking tray. Bake in the oven at 358 degrees for 15 minutes.
