Chicken Croquettes & Chili Sauce


  • Chicken Croquettes
  • 1 Cup of Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 0,044 lbs Fresh Ginger
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Pieces of Chili Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons of Starch


Take the rice vinegar and sugar on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Add the grated ginger and garlic.

Chop the pepper. Get it in the pot. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Open the starch with water and add it to the pot.

Add ketchup and cook in this way for 2 minutes. You can then refrigerate and serve.

Mix the chicken croquettes with olive oil and cook for 12 minutes in an Airfryer at 320 degrees.
