Roasted Asparagus with Egg


 

  • 10 Branches Asparagus
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 1 Tea Glass of Olive Oil
  • 1 spoon of Tomato Paste
  • Salt


The onion is cut into cubes, fried with olive oil, tomato paste is added and cooked together, the asparagus is chopped and boiled, after the water is filtered, it is taken into a pot and cooked with a mixture of tomato paste and onions. Eggs are broken into a bowl and whisked and poured over the asparagus, mixed and served hot.
