Orange Porridge


 
  • 1 medium sized orange
  • 4 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 8 raw almonds


Cut 2 slices from the orange and separate them. Grate the remaining orange. Put the oats and apples in a baking dish and cook them on medium heat. We add milk and continue cooking. When the consistency is mushy, we turn off the heat.

Add honey and cinnamon and mix. We take it to the plate. You can garnish it with orange and almonds and consume it.
