Keto Mushroom Omelette


  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 0066 lbs of cheddar cheese
  • ¼ onion
  • 4 mushrooms
  • dash of salt and pepper

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add salt and pepper.
Stir with a fork until the eggs are blended and become a uniform colour.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms and onions and stir until cooked.
Add the egg mixture.
When the egg starts to harden by cooking, add the cheese while there is still an uncooked portion on it.
Using a spatula, fold the egg in half and cook on both sides until golden brown.
You can serve your omelet on a plate.
