  • 4-5 Raspberries
  • 4-5 Strawberries
  • 200 ml of kefir
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed


All the ingredients are taken into a blender and mixed.

The mixture is poured into a glass.
