Dijon Mustard Tuna Salad
- Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
- Grated lemon peel 1 pc
- 2 pieces of lemon juice
- Olive oil Half a teaspoon
- Sumac 1 teaspoon
- Whole Slice Tuna 1 box
- 2 pieces of fennel stalk
- Cucumber 1 pc
- Red radish 2-3 pcs
- 3 green onions
- Onion 1 pc
- Black olives ½ cup
- 1 handful of parsley
- 10 sprigs of fresh mint leaves
- Tomatoes 2 pcs
Finely chop the cucumber.
Finely chop the green onion, parsley, fennel stalk and mint leaves. Add onion on top.
Chop the tomatoes into rounds.
In a large bowl, mix Tuna together with green and onions, cucumber, parsley, red radish, black olives, mint leaves, fennel sprigs and tomatoes.
For the salad dressing; Mix mustard, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, salt, black pepper and chili flakes in a bowl with a blender.
Add the dressing to the salad, mix again and serve after resting in the refrigerator for half an hour.
