Corn & Chickpea Salad


  • 4-5 leaves of lettuce
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon of boiled corn
  • 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Chop the vegetables the way you want.

Take the boiled corn and chickpeas in a salad bowl.

Add the chopped vegetables on it and mix well.

Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over it.
