Caviar Meatball (TURKEY)


  • Caviar
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • Scallion
  • Fresh mint
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Baking soda
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


Onions are sorted and grated, squeezed out of water and taken into a bowl, fresh onion, fresh mint, parsley are chopped, garlic is grated, bread crumbs, salt and carbonate are added to the onion. The extracted caviar is added to the ingredients in the bowl, made into dough, shaped into meatballs, fried in hot oil, and served hot.
