After Dark Crush



  • Crush ice
  • 8 cl Barbadian rum
  • 2 cl Koko Kanu (coconut rum)
  • 1 dash vanilla syrup
  • 1 measure/30 milliliters (2 tablespoons) coconut cream 
  • Mineral water to add a little bit of lime to garnish

Fill a tall cocktail glass with crushed ice, then add the rums, vanilla syrup and coconut cream in order. After mixing, pour the mineral water over it. Add some more ice and garnish with lime. Serve with a long straw.
