Spaghetti Sciuè Sciuè (ITALY)



Spaghetti sciuè sciuè is a pasta dish originating from Italy. It is usually made with a combination of spaghetti, garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, salt, thyme and red pepper flakes. The garlic and red pepper flakes are cooked in oil until the garlic turns golden.

Add tomatoes, salt and thyme to the pan and cook until the tomatoes soften. Spaghetti is cooked in boiling salted water until it reaches an al dente consistency. The pasta is placed in the pan with tomato sauce and if the food seems dry it is recommended to add some pasta cooking water.

This quick and easy pasta dish is then served immediately.
