Shrimp Spaghetti with Lemon Sauce
- 1 package of flat spaghetti pasta
for the sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Red pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1,1 lbs frozen shrimp
- Half a teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup of cream
For the top
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Basil
- lemon slices
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Strain the water and set aside. For the sauce, lightly sauté the crushed garlic in butter. Add red pepper flakes, grated lemon peel, shrimps, lemon juice and cream and cook for 7-8 minutes. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix the shrimps without crushing them too much. Serve hot garnished with grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped basil leaves and lemon wedges.
