  • 0,44 lbs tomato puree
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary

Mix dry yeast, granulated sugar and warm water in a mixing bowl with the help of a whisk and leave for 10 minutes.

Put your pan on the stove and add the butter and melt it.

Cool the melted butter.

Take the butter into the yeast mixture and mix it.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix the flour and semolina.

Then put the dry mixture on the counter and open it to form a pool in the middle.

Add the yeast mixture you prepared into it and mix it first with a fork.

Add salt around the edges and knead with your hands.

Sprinkle flour on it and knead until you get a soft dough.

Grease your mixing bowl with butter and put the dough in.

Cover with cling film and leave to ferment for 75 minutes.

For inside;

Grate the cheddar cheese.

Slice the sausages thinly.

For the tomato sauce;

Add olive oil to the sauce pan and heat it.

Add finely chopped garlic and mix.

Add the tomato puree.

Add finely chopped rosemary and mix.

Add salt and pepper and cook.

To combine;

Cut 1/3 of the fermented dough and set aside.

Take the large dough on a lightly floured counter and roll it out to a thickness of 1 finger with the help of a rolling pin.

Place the dough you opened into the 9,44 inc spring-form cake mold and place the dough well on the edges.

Arrange the sausages, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and prepare in this way until the ingredients are gone, more than half of the dough.

Open the dough you have set aside in a round shape and cover it on the ingredients.

Combine and shape the edges.

Pour the tomato sauce you prepared on the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 428 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese for the last 5 minutes and bake again.

When your pizza is cooked, let it rest on the counter for 5 minutes, remove it from the mold and serve by slicing.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL
