Chicken Livers



  • 1,65 lbs chicken liver
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • black pepper

Chicken livers and hearts are separated. Hearts are torn.
It is thoroughly washed and left to drain.
After heating the bottom of the pan, put it on low heat and cook the livers in the pan.
After cooking, the desired spices (preferably garlic, black pepper, thyme) are added and mixed a little.
