Andaloz Çorbasi (ANATOLIA)


 For rice;

  • 1 teaspoon of rice
  • 1.5 cups of water

For the soup;

  • 6 glasses of water
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley

Cook the rice in water for 10-15 minutes until soft.

Fry the butter and flour in a different pan.

After the smell comes out, add tomato paste and continue frying.

Add water, whisk to avoid lumps.

Then let it cook.

After cooking, add the rice and spices and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve with chopped parsley.
