Tori Katsu (Japan)
Tori katsu is a traditional Japanese dish and a type of katsu. It's made by dipping soft chicken breasts in flour, egg, and panko breadcrumbs, and then frying the cutlets in hot oil until golden and crispy. While chicken breast is the most popular choice, other parts of the bird can also be used.
Chops are traditionally served by cutting them into smaller pieces, as they are eaten with chopsticks. The dish is served with steamed white rice and katsu sauce, a tangy, sweet and thick Worcestershire-like mixture made from applesauce.
