  • 4 potatoes
  • 0,55 lbs butter - melted
  • coarse salt
  • Powdered Garlic

Peel your potatoes.
Remove thin slices with the help of a mandolin.
NOTE : Peel and slice the potatoes one by one so that they do not turn black.
Line the bottom of your small 9,83 x 3,93 inc rectangular glass baking dish with greaseproof paper.
Arrange the sliced ​​potatoes in the bowl that you have greased with butter.
Spread melted butter between each layer with a brush.
Sprinkle coarse salt and ground garlic every 2-3 layers.
Repeat the same process until the potato slices are gone.
Cut a baking paper that will fit perfectly on the potato and cover it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392 degrees for 50 minutes.
Then remove the baking paper on it and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
