PISCO SOUR

 


  • pisco (a brandy, liqueur made in Peru and Chile)
  • sour lemon juice
  • sugar syrup
  • Egg white
  • Angostura bitter Pisco for garnish

Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds without ice. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish.
