Garlic Meatballs on a Bed of Garlic (TURKEY)

  • 0,55 lbs Ground beef
  • 4 whole garlic (cut in half)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • ½ bunch of parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of pomegranate syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of water

First of all, cut the garlic in half horizontally without peeling it.
Then, add ground beef, salt, black pepper, cumin, red pepper powder, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and olive oil into a bowl and knead well.
Then break off pieces from the minced meat and roll them in your hand.
Put the garlic cut in half in a baking dish and add the meatballs that you rolled on them.
Then bake in a preheated oven at 352 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, open the pomegranate syrup in a bowl with water and pour it over the meatballs.
Cover the meatballs with grease-proof paper and let them rest for 10 minutes, then serve.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL
