Saewoojeon (Korea)

Saewoojeon is a traditional dish from Korea. This type of jeon is made with a combination of shrimp, flour, eggs, salt, white pepper, and oil. Shrimps are cleaned and then sprinkled with salt and pepper, coated with flour and dipped in beaten egg.

After cooking, it is fried in hot oil until golden on both sides. Saewoojeon is served hot as a snack or starter with dipping sauce on the side.
