Paglia e Fieno (Italy)




Paglia e fieno is a traditional Italian dish originating from Siena. Spinach and egg pasta is best of the tagliatelle or taglierini (tajarin) variety, with onions, salami, peas, olive oil and cream.

Pasta is mixed with other ingredients and the meal is usually completed with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, ground pepper and chopped parsley.
