Millet Porridge



  • 1 glass of millet
  • 3 cups of hot water
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter


First, wash 1 glass of millet with plenty of water.

Then take 3 glasses of water in a saucepan, add the washed millet after boiling.

Cook until the water is absorbed.

Add 3 glasses of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar after the water has been absorbed.

After you have drawn the milk, add 1 tablespoon of butter, mix it one last time and let it rest.
