PANCAKE WITH CORN FLOUR
- 2 cups corn flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of organic mulberry flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of water Milk
- 1 cup of boiled corn
- 2 spoonful butter
- pinch of salt
Mix the corn flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and mulberry flour. Add the egg and milk. After mixing well with the whisk, add the corn and mix again. Heat the pan. Grease with butter and put 1 soup ladle from the dough. Cook until both sides are browned. Repeat the process until all the dough is gone. Drizzle honey on them, decorate as you wish and serve.
