Riñones al Jerez (Spain)



Served in most tapas bars in Spain and also served as a main course in many homes, riñones al Jerez is a dish made with veal or lamb kidneys, onions, garlic, olive oil and local sherry from Jerez. Before serving, the dish is often garnished with chopped parsley.

When served as a main course, it is usually accompanied by rice or pasta.
