CRISPY SPANISH MACKEREL



  • 4 Spanish mackerel
  • 2 small radishes (Sliced)
  • 5 - 6 capers
  • 1 lemon (cut into 4)
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • fresh greens
  • Black pepper (freshly ground)

Dip the cleaned fish in a mixture of breadcrumbs, flour and salt. Pour olive oil into the heated pan and place the fish. Fry both sides on medium heat.

Serve the crispy fish hot with greens, radish, lemon, capers and black pepper.
