White Cabbage Salad
- 1 glass of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Thinly sliced large-headed cabbage
- 3 large carrots, grated
- 2 teaspoons of celery seeds
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar and celery seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cabbage and carrots and stir to combine well. Cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
