Miến Xào Cua (Vietnam)

Miến xào cua is a traditional Vietnamese dish consisting of pan-fried glass noodles and crab meat. Other common ingredients in the dish include tree ear mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts. The ingredients are mixed and fried in a large skillet, then sauced with a mixture of lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, water and fish sauce.

Once cooked, miến xào cua is garnished with chopped green onions and coriander before serving. This traditional dish is often seen in restaurants, but is also prepared at home for special occasions.
