Leek Omelette
- 2 stalks of leek
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat or cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- Spices of your choice (I used black pepper, cayenne pepper, red powdered pepper.)
- Black Seed for topping
Finely chop the leeks and sauté in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Then blend all the ingredients.
Cook in a non-stick pan.
