Leek Omelette



  • 2 stalks of leek
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat or cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • Spices of your choice (I used black pepper, cayenne pepper, red powdered pepper.)
  • Black Seed for topping

Finely chop the leeks and sauté in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Then blend all the ingredients.

Cook in a non-stick pan.
