Bajan Candied Sweet Potatoes (Barbados)
Candied sweet potatoes are a Barbadian specialty dish typically prepared at festive occasions. It is made by boiling diced sweet potatoes and then cooking them with a mixture of margarine, brown sugar, orange juice, cornstarch, raisins, and cinnamon.
