Borashi ( IRAN )



  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt


Peel the skins off the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Chop the onions and peppers into small cubes as well.

Finely chop the parsley.

Mix the spices and olive oil and pour it into the salad. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
